Summary

We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in affiliate and agency sales. This is a  hunter role for a self-sufficient closer who thrives on bringing in new advertisers and driving revenue. You’ll own relentless outbound execution and leverage your existing network to grow our advertiser base and scale performance-driven partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close new advertiser partnership opportunities.
  • Own a full-cycle sales process: outbound outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new advertiser partnerships (primary focus).
  • Leverage your existing network of advertisers, brands, and agency contacts to generate immediate pipeline and revenue.
  • Execute high-volume outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn, and events) to consistently build new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless activation.
  • Develop customized partner marketing solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Stay current on trends in affiliate marketing, partner ecosystems, and performance media.

Requirements

  • Must have previous agency and affiliate marketing experience (Min. 5 years+).
  • Must have existing network of advertiser and brand relationships that can be activated for new business (Required).
  • Proven success in sales or business development roles driving advertiser acquisition and partnerships.
  • Existing book of business/ strong network of advertiser and brand relationships (Required).
  • Open to travel to US-based tradeshows and events (50%).
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating performance or affiliate-based deals.
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing metrics, campaign optimization, reporting/analytics, and ROI-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Remote working experience (Required).
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and results oriented.
  • Senior-level candidate who can take full ownership of the role and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing relationships with advertiser brands.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Compensation

Negotiable / Competitive base + commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
